Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide professional cleaning services as described in the service agreement or booking confirmation. The scope of work is limited to the specific tasks outlined at the time of booking. Any additional tasks requested on-site may result in extra charges or require a separate booking.
Access to Property
The Client must provide reliable access to the premises at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, entry codes, or ensuring a representative is present to grant entry. If the cleaning team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be cancelled and subject to a lockout fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations or lockouts will be charged at the full service rate.
Client Obligations

Safety: The Client must ensure the work environment is safe. This includes securing pets and notifying the Company of any hazardous conditions, such as mold, structural damage, or aggressive animals.

Utilities: The Client must provide running water, electricity, and functional lighting.

Clutter: To ensure efficiency, the Client should clear surfaces of excessive personal items or clutter before the team arrives.
Liabilities and Damages
The Company is insured and bonded. In the event of accidental damage, the Client must report the incident within 24 hours of the service completion. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the limits of the Company's insurance policy. The Company is not liable for:

Damage to items that were already broken, unstable, or improperly installed.

Loss of jewelry, cash, or small valuables.

Wear and tear resulting from standard cleaning processes on aged or delicate surfaces.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of the service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours. The Company will return to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for completed services.
Non-Solicitation
The Client agrees not to independently hire or contract any employee or contractor introduced by the Company for a period of 12 months following the termination of services. Violation of this clause may result in a placement fee.
